Writer, Educator, Brand Ambassador

“It is with great appreciation that I write you and to thank you for all you have done to support the students in City Tech’s Wines of Italy course. When students ask, “Is Susannah coming back?”, you know deep learning was achieved. When Roger Dagorn, MS comments, “That was great!”, you know your work has made an important and lasting impact.

Your teaching style is effective, breaking down complicated concepts into approachable information takes skill and knowledge, you clearly have both. In addition, your encouragement of student participation made them feel that their developing knowledge was valued and that they can attain their goals. It is with the continued support of industry leaders like you that we ensure the future leaders of the hospitality industry are well prepared.

On behalf of the faculty and students of the Department of Hospitality Management, I extend my sincere gratitude for your contributions to the wine courses at New York City College of Technology, CUNY.”
